Michele Bachmann Ends Her Presidential Campaign, Not Her Political Career

FRIST BLOOD

Rep. Michele Bachmann, (R) of Mi, addresses supporters at her caucus party in West Des Moines, Iowa, after finishing sixth in the Iowa Caucuses Tuesday.  Her campaign is over.  I was very impressed with this lady early on but she wore thin with nothing new and good, only speaking evil of her opponents.  She was not ready for primetime.

Rick Perry:  The Texas governor has recovered somewhat with his debate missteps, but some of his support among social conservatives and evangelicals also has shifted to Santorum.  Rumor has it that he is dropping out also, but not according to him.  He has tweeted that he is on his way to South Carolina.  I was also impressed by the Governor when he announced his campaign but that wore thin during the debates.  His personal combat with Romney  turned me off.

I don't know Sarge, but many think Romney is the only one that could possibly win over Obama. I'm thinking that's probably close to the truth. We need hope and change for sure, and not the smoke and mirrors we got with this administration.

Have a terrific evening Sarge. :)

What does the hemoglobin of a U.S. Senator from Tennessee have to do with the Iowa Caucuses?

Why do the Republicans keep handing us a pile of turds and telling us we have to pick one. Every one of these candidates suck. This is the best they can do? Good grief.

I was glad to see Bachmann drop out as I figured she had a snowball's chance in hell of getting elected. Like yourself I liked Rick Perry initially but now not so much. Don't know enough about Santorum to make an informed decision there and as for Romney, I could live with him in the White House. We've had/have worse.

I agree with Gene. The GOP machine undermined the people the tea party wanted to run. But what really scares me are the Ron Paul pawns... It's a shame that we feel that we have to settle. But I will vote to get BHO out!
