Away from home during the holidays......

Bob Hope did a lot of tours for our troops & now with Christmas coming it's wonderful to see how he & his group gave the men & women in the military a Christmas away from home.....

Without experiencing this for yourself, it is difficult to understand how important it is. I was lucky enough to see Bob Hope once in Vietnam, the joy and love felt by several thousand guys is indescribable.

Be thankful for the USO, they are still there putting together entertainment that will help our soldiers make through the holidays.........

Bob Hope and all the USO entertainers were a HUGE blessing to the troops, even to this day.

Best to all,

there was a cuti-=pie named Chris Noel that did the USO tours during Viet Nam. She now runs a residence for VN Vets called Ceasefire House. She is a client of mine. She has dedicated her whole life to the Vets, and gave up Hollywood. ( she was in the gaggle of bikini girls during the Elvis, Avalon movies

I echo what you and your commenters said. I am AD and the USO has helped me many times. Just by providing a place to unwind and relax. . .
