Defiant Gadhafi vows to fight to death
'We will die here on the dear soil of Libya,' leader says as violence escalates

Obama 2010 NCAA Bracket Picks
Japan in ruin, The Middle East is on fire. And it is no surprise that Barack Obama, one of the most naïve, inexperienced presidents this country has ever had seems completely lost as to how to respond to this international calamity.

All he does is say he's not George Bush. That's all. Not working is it? No it's not.
Have a terrific day. Big hug to you and Miss Bee. :)
I could never be President... I don't golf. But how nice for him that he's got everything under control and that he's got nothing to do but play golf and kick back. Nice work if you can get it.
Hope you're feeling better today, Sarge. Big hugs :]
Personally, I have Notre Dame winning the whole deal - shows you what this individual knows.
And, I agree with the premise of your entire post.

Sarge you know I tend to try and see both sides of things and am definitely one of your more liberal, tending more moderate, will probably end up conservative...ahaha, but really he is not acting like a leader is he? With everything going on in the world right now it would be nice to see him show strength and leadership. Sure glad all those in Washington get good pensions and healthcare...hmpf.
Glad to see you posting and hearing that you are starting to feel better.
Big Hugs,
Bobbi
I have no words... for our president...
I do hope that you are feeling better.
shameful...
How is that change working for the liberals? We know there is no HOPE:( Talk about clueless...sad.
Big hugs, honey...
Amazing times indeed Sarge. Japan has an outstanding emergency response system in place, but to suffer three catastrophic events on top of each other is impossible for any nation to deal with.
Rising to the occasion now that he's finished his lengthy deliberations over his Final Four picks, the Boy Blunder is jetting off to Rio this weekend with the fam. Makes you proud to be an American, doesn't he.
I don't get it. I have a good friend in the Navy Reserves who was called up for deployment just this past week and probably getting sent over to Libya to deal with the mess there and I am scared to death for him. He's just one guy out of the many that our President should be worrying about but instead he's more concerned with March Madness?
I know we all need some rest and relaxation from time to time but there's a time to be Presidential and a time to be just "one of the guys". I'm thinking this would be a good time to be Presidential.
Remember Sarge, Nero fiddled while Rome burned! The biggest problem I have with Obama's Presidency is the feeling that he is still running for Junior High Student Council. There has to be some big masterminds behind this dude, because he doesn't seem to have good sensebut, then neither do the people running him.
and now he is gong to South America......I would not want to walk in his shoes, but I miss W
It's bad timing.
I think our president sharing his brackets is cool... could be one of those things you see in a museum yeeeeears from now. I think people dealing with huge responsibilities should have something (like golf) to help them relax.
Maybe we are just a tad too much 'in the know' when it comes to his private life. We want to picture our leader leading 24/7 (even though it is basically impossible). The attempt to portray him as just like us has backfired. We want greater than ourselves during terrible times.
When people are hurting and it seems like things are on fire around the world, golf and basketball come across as frivolous endeavors.
Have a wonderful day Sarge!
I find this sad and scary...
Hugs to you and Miss Bee....
