President Obama delivered a budget that will add another record $1.6 trillion deficit to our 14+ trillion dollar debt.
It is obvious that the president is in the game playing stage, they talk of government shutdown, the democrats act as though the economy is strong enough that they are willing to play political chicken.
From my point of view, it is time to be bold, take the game to them, our country is being destroyed from within.

I don't know who it was (A congressman), that was on tv the other night saying if federal workers had to lose their jobs, so be it. I was saddened to hear that. Surely he wouldn't lose his staff, or his job, unpaid for at least two weeks. It doesn't matter to me who said it. Its just a scary time right now to be a government employee. Its a scary time right now for everyone, really. I don't like the games they play. I am naive, but really, why can't they all just work towards the same goal without attacking each other, hurting innocent workers..?
The federal government needs to tighten their belts just like all the other state, county and city governments have.

I would hate it if you lost your job Lisa, the problem is that Obama has added 200,000 federal workers that we must borrow the money to pay, how long can that be sustained.
Fat needs to be trimmed from the guvmint, but no one wants to do it. We cannot sustain this out-of-control spending. Period. Scary indeed.

My daddy/servant used to work for the gubbermint. then he retired.
He had a very important job with defense intelligence. He worked very very very hard and way back when he was paid far less that private sector people.
He said many gubbermint workers are lazy and do not do much work those poeple -- well, they should get rid of them but here is the deal, it is nearly impossible to fire gubbermint workers. Daddy tried once to fire a stupid idiot gubbermint secretary, it took nearly a year.
we are counting the days that Oblamer is out of the people's house. He is a puppet of the far leftie progressives. The demcrat party is not what it used to be. Kinda like being taken over by the bad guys.... Sad thing is, they don't get it.

U.S. President Barack Obama wants to charge Canadians entering the U.S. by air or sea a $5.50 inspection fee.
I'm time of paying money just to pee when I get to the U.S. Obama's got problems with his money and he wants us Canadians to help him. I'm angry but can I do but to pay if I want to go on a cruise. Oh well.
