I love it, this man is ok with himself, very confident, and history will reflect that he was the right man at the right time, (that is my opinion and I am sticking to it, you may not agree and that is ok, you are wrong) yes, I miss him……….
The photo above is at the Reagan Library where he appeared with Nancy Reagan to promote his book. He took questions from the audience and also explained his latest domestic agenda, washing the dishes….

I'm with you, Sarge.
America needed President Bush on September 11th, along with the days and weeks which followed. He is a fine man and history books will do him well....one day.
For now...I too miss him every day.
How grateful I am he chose to do the job he did, when he chose to do it.
Hope all is well with you and Miss Bee :)
Hugs.....

Yes, I miss President Bush. He had style and he was a gentleman. As AirmanMom said, he was what America needed on September 11 and the days and weeks that followed.
What I liked most about him was the fact that he wasn't a finger pointer. He took the bull by the horns and did what he had to do. No blame game for him. That's what I admired the most about him.
Have a terrific day Sarge. Big hug to you and Miss Bee. :)
Yes I miss him. Frankly I'm missing Bill Clinton as well. Any one but Mr. Jimmy and BO.

Totally agree. He was (is) a good man, and compared to BO, a fine president.
I miss him also
yup, me too.

Yes I do!!!!!
I had my disagreements with some of President Bush's policies, but always thought he was a good man and stood for what he believed was right. Plus, he can actually THROW a baseball, unlike the phony White Sox fan Obama (who tosses left-handed--what a surprise).
Absolutely!
I saw a recent interview he did on The Today Show and the man was nothing but class even passing up the chance to berate the guy currently in the Oval Office who has done nothing but blame him for what's wrong with this country and put him down.
He's a class act and a true gentleman and he was a good President - hopefully someday history will see that and treat him better than it has been.
I want to get his new book. It will be interesting to see what he has to say. As a Canadian I have nothing wrong to say about any of the presidents because I've always believed that their job is an impossible one. Whoever is the president the other party will be against him and as far as the good of the people, well as you can see lately they will never work together. So I give the man so ever in the White House a lot of credit. I'm really looking forward of reading President Bush's book.

Linda said exactly what I would've...I miss him a lot. He's the type of guy you'd just like to hang out with........
~~~Blessings~~~
I miss him, too. Anyone Barbara Bush loves is OK by me! Although I do wish he'd learn to say 'nuclear' properly. That use to drive me crazy every time he said it.
And ho ever thought we'd have a President that would even make me miss Bill Clinton a little bit? hahahahaha!
Big hugs, Sarge :]
Mom says he was certainly one President that was chosen by God. He helped this country unite... and Oblamer was chosen by the uh.... the devil.
bonks Mr. Sargie. You are loved!
I miss George. History will reflect well on him. While I didn't agree with some of his spending habits, he won my respect on September 11, 2001.
Yes I miss him.
Absolutely!
