So, what do you think? Is Glenn Beck an idiot, a hate monger, that is what my friend Matt Man would call him. But on the other hand anyone that does not agree with Matt Man is an Idiot or hate monger, at least in his humble opinion.
Is it possible that Glenn Beck is just an American who believes in what he is doing and hopes to bring sanity back into America?
Did Martin Luther King Jr have a dream for black people or was his dream for America?

Al Sharpton: Glenn Beck Rally Distorts King's Dream
"They have a right to rally. But what they don't have the right do is distort what Dr. King's dream was about," the Rev. Al Sharpton declared Friday. He called the tea party assembly an anti-government action and has organized a counter rally also near the site of King's historic speech.

“I am attending this rally to help reclaim America,” she told “Good Morning America’s” Ron Claiborne today from Capitol Hill. “I’m joining Glenn to talk about faith, hope, charity, honor. Those are things that America needs to reclaim. Our children need to remember to love each other how to honor each other, their parents, God and their neighbors. I agree with Glenn on all of those principles. So that’s why I’m here. For me it’s principles over politics.”

Bradley: How do you think Dr. King would feel about this rally?
Palin: I hope that Dr. King would be so proud of us, as his niece Dr. Alveda King is very proud as a participant in this rally. This is sacred ground where we feel his spirit and can appreciate all of his efforts. He who so believed in equality and may we live up to his challenge.
Maggie Kahler Kudos to you and Glenn! You put on one classy event, didn't trash the "other event" like Al Sharpton trashed yours. Yes, it's time for us Christians to stand up for OUR God. The government has worked too hard to eradicate God from the United States. Bring Him back!

Glenn Beck. Al Sharpton is a crook that works very had to keep blacks down. That's how he makes a living. Jesse Jackson is of the same ilk.
Dr. King was a great man. A great man with a powerful message to everyone no matter the color of their skin.

How is it that Al Sharpton got put in such a prominent position anyway? I will never understand it.
I think it's hilarious. Beck's rally they spoke of honor, hope, charity, Faith, love of country, and our troops. Never mentioning Al sharptons clowns.
Al sharpton's clowns spent their entire rally talking about Beck...Hahaha...
I have one problem about Maggie Kahler's sentence when she said "Yes, it's time for us Christians to stand up for OUR God." I thought GOD was for everybody. Was she referring to the Tea party people or every human being in the world like me who happens to be a Canadian? Just wondering.

~~~I think the idea of a rally like this is wonderful. I love Glenn, and am crazy about Sarah. I'm not wild about mixing our faith with politics, though. I pray for the president because we're supposed to, and I pray for his safety. I also pray for the safety of our nation and our troops. But I don't want anyone like Pat Robertson as president.

Aw shoot. I meant to listen to Glenn's radio show today which means I'll have to watch him on TV this afternoon to see how he felt about the rally. I like him on radio but he annoys me on TV (weird much?). I am all for God, country, and the support of our troops!
Al Sharpy's only motive is to make sure that he keeps his pay check coming in. He does not care a whit for anyone especially the black people that he rants for. Keep them down and my money rolling in.
