They do here in California. They get all of that in California. Well not the driver's license, but they have those made for them. Straight from the govs mouth...Illegals cost the state of California 5 billion dollars a year.

I just finished reading My Life On The Plains, by George Armstrong Custer, written two years before his last stand.
One of the things he talks about in his book is that the Indians who committed the worst acts of murder and such on the settlers got the best treatment from the civil authorities in charge of Indian Affairs. He places the reason for this as simple as profit. The Indian Affairs Officers and traders needed to make sure of a good supply of materials for the Indians which they would take a significant amount and put into their own stores and sell for profit.
Now the politician need to make sure that they have a voter base, because their only job after election is to get reelected. For profit and power.
